Ready Steady Snow 4 day trip to Lapland

The Ready Steady Snow itinerary will fill you and the kids with Christmas wonderment Lapland style!  Your base is the glittering fun-packed wintersports centre of Levi, right in the heart of Finnish Lapland below the majestic Levi Fell mountain.

Day 1 in Lapland

Fly from your chosen airport to Kittila where you will be kitted out with ski suits and boots, before being taken to your hotel and greeted with welcome drinks and dinner.

Day 2 in Lapland

The magic starts today!  After breakfast, enjoy an exhilarating morning of tobogganing, snowmobiling and husky and reindeer rides.  Afterwards, join in the Arctic Circle ceremony to initiate you into the Arctic Wilderness and collect your gift of a Lappish Bell!  After lunch back at the hotel the afternoon is at your leisure.  Spend some time playing in the snow, or alternatively why not join an optional activity following this morning's taster sessions.

Day 3 in Lapland

After breakfast at your hotel you will be free to enjoy a morning at leisure, and then after a warming lunch experience one of the highlights of your stay - an unforgettable visit to Santa's Post Office, where you can hand-deliver your Christmas present wish list to the elves, see Santa's sorting office and watch his elves making toys in their workshop!  Then begin your evening in the snowy forest, singing carols around the warming log fires, before heading inside to enjoy a sumptuous Christmas Gala Meal!  Sample some traditional Lappish delicacies before the arrival of a very special guest, Santa Claus himself, complete with gifts for everyone!  Once you've had the chance to meet Santa and thank him for your presents, dance the night away with a fun-filled disco.

Day 4 in Lapland

Breakfast and check out, with the morning free to enjoy an optional trip or reflect on all the excitement of your holiday.  After lunch you will depart your hotel for Kittila airport and your return flight.

On the 2 Night trip activities will take place on day 2 with the Christmas Gala meal taking place that evening.  

4 Night stays follow exactly the same itinerary as the 3 night stays, with an extra day at leisure.  The Christmas Gala Feast will take place on your last night.

5 Night Christmas Itinerary

23 December - Fly from your chosen UK airport to Kittila where you'll be transferred to your hotel and greeted with a welcome drink and dinner.

Christmas Eve - After breakfast, enjoy an exhilarating morning of wintersports including husky dog and reindeer sleigh rides through snowy woodlands, with warming log fires and hot drinks along the way.  This afternoon, a visit to Santa's post office to hand deliver your Christmas wish list to the sorting office, before visiting the workshop to see the elves busily making colourful Christmas toys.  In the evening you can enjoy singing carols by candlelight in the stunning snowy forest - a great way to get into the mood for tomorrow!

Christmas Day - Christmas has finally arrived, and it is yours to do as you please.  You could enjoy one of the optional activities, or simply enjoy taking time out with the family.  As night approaches, a spectacular Christmas gala meal and disco gets underway, before a visit from Santa himself...with a sleighful of gifts for everyone!

Boxing Day - A full day at leisure.  Relax and enjoy your holiday resort or opt for one of the optional excursions on offer, like snowmobiles, husky dog or reindeer rides, or perhaps some skiing or even snowboarding.

27 December - A full day at leisure. 

28 December - Breakfast and check out, with the morning free to reflect on all the excitement of your holiday.  After lunch, depart for Kittila and your flight home.

4 Night New Year Itinerary

28 December - Fly from your chosen UK airport to Kittila where you'll be transferred to your hotel and greeted with welcome drinks and dinner.

29 December - A memorable day is in store.  After breakfast enjoy a thrilling morning of toboggan rides, a reindeer and husky dog sled ride as well as snowmobiling.  Afternoon at leisure.

30 December - A day at leisure, so why not take advantage of some of the optional activities on offer (extra cost) or maybe try some skiing?

New Year's Eve - Another day at leisure, but as the evening of the 31st approaches, final preparations are made for a fantastic New Year's Eve meal.  The festivities and New Year countdown will make this a New Year's Eve to remember...

New Year's Day - Breakfast and check-out with the morning free.  After lunch, depart your hotel for Kittila airport and your return flight.

PLEASE NOTE: - There is no visit with Santa on the New Year departure
