Santas Secret Grotto Day trip to Lapland

This is a budget day trip and to ensure that you and your children are not disappointed we would recommend that you choose an alternate day  trip with an alternative company.  However, we will book this for you as long as you understand this.

Getting There

Let friendly elves greet you and take you to Santa's Secret Grotto, where children receive their Lappish passport, a special keepsake to take home with you.

All Aboard

Travel by train through Santa's workshop and see his elves at work.

Arctic Storytelling

Listen to stories and tales from a local, in a traditional Lappish tent.

Winter Woodland

Visit the dressing room where you'll be wrapped from head to toe in a cosy outfit, before taking a short walk through the forest to the outdoor activity area, where you are free to take advantage of the reindeer and husky sleigh rides, snowmobiling, sledging and mini skidoo rides. 

Meet Santa

Ask the Elves how to greet Santa in Finnish and receive a gift.

Elf School

Learn all the secrets of becoming one of Santa's helpers.

Biscuit Decorating

Visit Mrs Claus' bakery and help one of the elves put the finishing touches to a batch of freshly-baked gingerbread.

Santa Claus' Post Office

Write home to let your friends know all about your magical day.

Flying Home

Exhausted and filled with happy memories, let Santa's elves take you to the airport, ready to fly home.

Fluid Pricing

Santa's Secret Grotto daybreak is operated under a fluid pricing system which allows the price to change at any time. Please check pricing at the time of booking as this could be different to that originally quoted.  This tour is operated by Thomson Holidays.

A £20 per person Ticket on Departure fee will be added to the price of the holiday if booked within 2 weeks of departure.
